Will you wash the bedding and towels on the spot or off-site?
Either option is fine by us. If you have everything that’s necessary on the property, we can do everything there. If you don’t or if you wish us to take care of the job off-site, we can do that as well. Be sure to speak to our representative about this when you book your Holiday Letting Cleaning service.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the service?
We will need access to the property, naturally. You can arrange this with our representative when you book your Holiday Letting Cleaning service. You will also need to provide a vacuum cleaner and a mop, as well as the detergents you wish us to use in the cleaning.
Can you bring your own hoover, mop, etc. to the property?
Yes, we can. This will carry an additional fee. Be sure to speak to our representative about this when you book your Holiday Letting Cleaning service.
