Do you clean unusual floor coverings, such as vinyl, terrazzo, or synthetic floor coverings?
Yes we do. We are well versed in cleaning every sort of hard floor. If you think that there may be some issue or difficulty with cleaning your floors for any reason, be sure to speak to our representative about this when you book your Hard Floor Cleaning service.
Will you need me to provide anything to do the hard floor cleaning?
It is customary for our cleaning professionals to use the tools and materials preferred and provided by the customer. As a customer, you will need to provide the cleaning team with a mop, and the detergents that you wish us to use.
What about the polishing? Do I need to do anything to get that service?
No, you won’t need to provide anything for the polishing service. We will bring along everything that’s necessary to polish your floors – both the specialized tools and the polishing agents used in the process.
